Hot water was turned off in the morning, supposed 'free WIFI' wasn't working or didn't reach from the room where we were staying in and ants were crawling up the roofs in the bedroom! Reception closes after 7pm. Ridiculous. Never staying here again. Although the restaurant downstairs served good food and drinks! Great customer service from them but had no dessert. Still a let down. Never coming here again. Sorry.
